Yes, it was an unsatisfying read. :-) Given that there was a question in the title, I was assuming at least a stab at an answer.<br /><br />To not just complain: I think the first thing to understand is who is involved and what their motivations (desires, fears, etc.) are. The next question would be how these differing interests should be weighted and whether some of them can be shifted, e.g. by regulation or by changing perceptions in society (same as banning smoking vs. making smoking "uncool").<br /><br />Looking forward to reading more on this!Lennart Meierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13311462350374101478noreply@blogger.com
